Usually delivering holidays for couples or families with a loved one living with dementia, MindforYou have drawn on their experience with their clients and as a geographically-dispersed staff team to bring their client families together in a new way.
They have created their Joy Inside event programme, where groups of families, instead of having fun together in holiday accommodation, meet via Zoom and delight in themed quizzes, short films, reminiscences and other activities fostering connection and enjoyment. Technical support and instructions especially developed for clients help participants enter a whole new world of social activity.
