Cassandra has over a decade of experience in working in the voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) sector. She is currently Development Manager at Locality where she leads on specialist support to VCSE organisations and local authorities covering business and strategic planning, community asset ownership, organisational development, funding and investment, and social value.
