The fund aims to support the development and growth of economic activity and employment in disadvantaged areas or for disadvantaged groups, by investing in enterprises, and is not restricted to social or community focused organisations – although KFI will target these organisations with this fund.
Fund Offer:
- Investments up to £150k
- Investments can be used flexibly for capital or working capital
- Term up to 7 years
- Interest will be usually charged at flat 6.5%
- An arrangement fee of 2% is payable.
