Northern Impact Fund 2
This fund aims to support the development or growth of trading activity, including cash-flow,working capital, and asset development or purchase.
- Investment from £5,000 to £150,000.
- Term 1-5 years.
Regional Growth Fund
The fund aims to support the development and growth of economic activity and employment in disadvantaged areas or for disadvantaged groups, by investing in enterprises, and is not restricted to social or community focussed organisations – although Key Fund will target these organisations with this fund.- Investments up to £150k.
- Term up to 7 years.
- Interest will be usually charged at flat rate of 8.25%.
Property Fund
This fund aims to support social enterprises over 1 year old looking to purchase or develop properties in the Yorkshire and Humber region.- Investments up to £300k.
- Term up to 10 years.
- 4.5% flat interest rate.
Community Business Fund
This fund aims to support community businesses operating in the North and Midlands, looking to grow or develop trading activity.- Loans from £5k up to £250k.
- Maximum loan terms of up to 15 years.
- 6.5% flat interest rate.
More than a Pub
This fund aims to support the development of community owned pubs across England, that are incorporated ‘not for profit’ business with clear geography of benefit and be able to demonstrate local engagement in ownership or governance.- Investments from £5k up to £100k.
- Maximum loan terms of up to 15 years.
- 8% APR interest rate.
Northern Cultural Regeneration Fund
This fund aims to support the development and growth of creative and cultural businesses across the North, that deliver social impact.- Investments up to £150k.
- Loans can only be used flexibly for capital or working capital.
European Regional Development Fund - ERDF
This fund aims to increase the number of social enterprises in the Yorkshire and Humber Region that can access the finance that they need to develop and grow.- Loans of up to £300k.
- Maximum term of 10 years.
- Interest charged at 6.5% flat.
Energy Resilience Fund
This fund aims to enable community and social enterprises to retrofit energy generating/saving technology on community owned or managed buildings, with an initial focus on stabilising or reducing energy costs.- Investment amounts from £10,000 to £150,000.
- Up to 40% of total available as grant, where justifiable to support cost stabilisation or reduction.
- Energy Audit Grants available between £500 and £2,500 where these have not been completed.
- Minimum Term 12 months, Maximum Term 7 years.
- Interest Rate - 6.5% flat.
